Deposit policy 

Definition of deposits were Vista Lake Outfitters is concerned as follows 

A deposit guarantee’s that Vista Lake Outfitters will hold the week that you booked, it also guarantee’s that you actually make the date you booked and we didn’t hold the week for nothing. 

Deposits are collected by the person booking the trip and they will forward the total deposit to vista lake outfitters. 

$200.00 per person please make checks out to Vista Lake Outfitters and send deposit to.

• Deposits are is US dollars 
• Deposits are non refundable 
• Deposits can be moved to later that summer
• Deposit can also be pushed to next year (for good reasons) but only once 
• Deposits are not transferable to person to person
• If you book for the min. Number of people for a cabin you pay the min.
• Three of our cabins have min. Beach 6 people, Island 8 people, portage 4 people,
• Deposits are dew no later than December 1st to hold your week and cabin 

Pandemic or government border restrictions 

Deposits will be pushed to the next year

If the border opens, guests booked 30 days after the border opens will need to make there date or lose there deposit.

Your personal discussions not to cross the border and you don’t show up for your booked trip “your deposit is lost".
