Getting here from Duluth:
Take 53 North to International Falls, MN. Cross into Fort Frances, Ontario and take HWY 11 east to HWY 502 north to Dryden. Proceed east on HWY 17 to Dinorwic and take HWY 72 north toward Sioux Lookout. Take HWY 516 east to HWY 599. Go south on HWY 599 to Savant Lake. Check in at the Four Winds Motor Hotel .

Take HWY 61 from Duluth towards Thunder Bay, Ontario, follow Hwy 130 north to Hwy 17. Proceed West on Hwy 17 to Ignace and then take Hwy 599 north to Savant Lake. Check in at the Four Winds Motor Hotel.
There is a Hotel/Restaurant in Savant Lake that can accommodate you the night before you go into your Outpost. Four Winds Lodge is the last stop before entering the remote wilderness of Northwestern Ontario for your fishing and hunting trip. In addition to the licensed dining room and lounge, modern units, home cooked meals, Four Winds Lodge also offers daily fishing excursions on a multi-lake system, ice fishing packages and reasonable rates.
