If you want to try something different from Vista Lake fishing, a short portage will take you into one of many great fishing lakes with reliable boats waiting for you, free of charge.We also have small motors available for rent.
Don’t forget to bring: Sleeping bags, pillow, rain gear, suitable clothing for the time of year, fishing tackle,landing nets, minnow bucket, cooler, groceries, camera, sunglasses, suntan lotion and insect repellent. Life jackets are required by law, so bring your own PFD.
There is a camp attendant that lives on Vista Lake at Midway camp and will check on you regularly to make sure that you are safe and comfortable.A telephone is available at Midway camp for emergencies.
